Mar 12, 2025I was kept waiting to see the Dr for 90 minutes, 50 mins in waiting area & 40 minutes in exam room. I wasn't told they were running behind & there would be a delay, I had to ask.

Jan 30, 2025I had surgery on January 16, 2025. I asked to speak with Dr. Vera before being wheeled in to the O.R and I did not see Dr. Vera before or after the procedure. Very unprofessional of him. Dr. Vera should have came to see me before the procedure to explain what was going to happen before being put to sleep. He didn't even follow up with me before being discharged from the hospital. I had my follow up appointment on January 30, 2025. Dr. Vera didn't take the time to look to see how my wounds were heeling. He just to the word of the Residency doctor and intern. Again, very unprofessional of him. If I have any other issues in the near future, I will seek another doctor. I will not return to Dr. Vera.
